Doesn’t synchronize steps properly

The app is basically garbage as it’s key feature - counting days with 10k steps accomplished - is not working properly. When synchronizing with iPhone health app several times a day the number of steps for current day in the app is often decreasing (?!) and is inconsistent with the number shown in the health app. If it fails to properly synchronize before the day is over, the incorrect number of steps in the app persists forever.

Screen not centered

Screen not centered during recovery phase… don't know how to fix.

Not accurate

This app doesnt measure accurate work out time. Even I run 40min, seems like I only run 18 min on this app which is not qualified to get paid. I want to edit and fix it, but only 2 manual entry is allowed. If I don’t get paid due to this inaccurate measure, there is no reason I use this app.

Slow and doesn’t show days completed

Unable to view the calendar to see how many active days I have completed. Only works some of the time.

Frustrating

Lots of unnecessary features. I only need it to sync my workouts and steps for the health plan and it’s incredibly difficult to do.

Not Tracking

It used to count your steps and display them in the calendar. No longer works. It used to count your 10,000 step days. That no longer works. Was this App just abandoned by the developers? Seems like no improvements have been made and they are just letting it go.

Great app!

It has all the functionalities that I need.

Great! When it works

I really like this app most of the time. But recently it has started crashing mid-workout. If you use another app and switch between them, the Move app will just stop the workout and doesn’t save the data. It’s incredibly frustrating. Might be an iPhone 7 problem? I don’t know.

Doesn’t work

This app’s most promising feature—that it can sync with other fitness apps—doesn’t work. Very rarely, the page that indicates my monthly progress works; thar page is blank the majority of the time. I wouldn’t use this app if not for the incentive from my employer.

Not easy to use, doesn’t always work

I think the idea of this app is great, but it’s not super easy to use and the syncing to other devices doesn’t always work. The app also crashes sometimes.

Some glitches

On the sync screen and regular post-workout prompt, the part where it tells you how many days you have left does not work. Maybe once a month for whatever reason I get it to work. It would be nice to have a better idea of how many more days I need to log.

Doesn’t work half the time

The only reason I’m using this app is because I have to so that I get the incentive from my work. Half of the time, the pages don’t even load so I can’t track my progress. It does sync with my Fitbit, which is nice. Would be a much better app if the pages actually loaded and didn’t just show a black screen.

Keeps me on track

Once I got in the habit of using it, I really like it. I like seeing the cumulative miles I’ve walked in a month. 👍🏻

Cant log in

This amazing but downloaded new version on a new phone and can’t even log in. The keyboard pops up but letters won’t appear in fields. Tried to delete and download again and still doesn’t work, after phone restart.

Great App

The app is really great to motivate you and give you an incentive as well.

Crashes all the time

No matter what function I am trying to use the app crashes. With every new release comes more functionality issues.

Okay app, constantly crashes

It’s an okay app, not too fancy and mostly user friendly. My main issue is that every few months my app goes through a cycle where it continuously crashes. I’ll set an activity to start and then when I check back 20 minutes later the app has crashed and I have to begin the activity over again. This will happen for weeks and then it will be okay again. I thought it was linked to updates but it’s updated multiple times in the past few weeks and is still crashing. I use this app for a monthly incentive and having the app crash multiple times per exercise is not incentivizing at all. If I weren’t required to use it, I wouldn’t.

It's ok.

It works well most of the time.

Good

It's a good app

The frustration is hardly worth the $25/month

I still attempt to use this app because $25 a month makes a difference to me, but most months, I feel like the frustration is hardly worth it. This app crashes on me at least once a week, and the interface and website were clearly created by public sector contractors who were chosen bc their bid was the lowest. Government and user-friendly, well designed technology don't mix well, and this is proof. You get what you pay for, and apparently Colorado didn't pay much.

Worst app ever?

So I wish I could give this negative stars as it is that awful. Is randomly shuts down and will have done 30+ minute workout only to see it stopped working 1 minute into workout. The only reason I keep this app is I needed to get work incentive for working out. You would think if Nike Apple Watch could record a full run this would be shared with this awful app, but it doesn't (and yes I paid extra for premium version).

Good measure

I like this because of the carrot or reward, $, also the health rewards.

Not worth the download & or worth the $ for the upgrade!

Pretty disappointed with this app as well as icardio. I only downloaded it in order to log activity and sync with my Fitbit to earn a work incentive. I recently updated to the Apple Watch and now am unable to sync anything. It's unfortunate that I can not use apple's app directly (instead of this app). The built in app with Apple is pretty flawless compared to fitdigits. I even paid to upgrade the fitdigit app which was a waste of money for what I expected to get out of it. No syncing of my activity data equals lost incentive :(

Use for the salary bonus

This app is pretty poor in comparison with things like Strava. It's rather buggy, and doesn't play well with some Garmin devices, especially when uploading files. It is also limited in its ability to edit and correct errors. There are better apps out there for workout tracking and fitness analysis but I need to use this one in order to get a salary bonus for exercise- otherwise I wouldn't bother with it.

Crashes like crazy

Somehow his version crashes even more than the last one did. Can't be in the background even for a few minutes with other workout apps being used without crashing and losing all your workout progress. So while the redesign feels a little more modern, this feels like 1990's Microsoft computing in how much it just crashes and trashes your progress. Really it might not even be crashes, just the app being too stupid to know what to do when it gets shuffled out of memory, but a crash seems less embarrassing for the dev so that's what I'm assuming it is. No other app on my 6s with the most recent OS seem to have this problem. (Or at least they're smarter about recovering without losing data.)

Made a hater into a lover (of exercise).

User friendly. Love the updates during your workout. I hated exercise and this has given me the motivation to start. I've become a BeColorado junkie.

Could be a good app

This app keeps crashing when I trying to sync my data. Have tried to send an email and a debug log to the customer service, but they all keep coming back to me saying 'unable to send'

Best for work and works great

Love the map portion and elevation gain

Excellent app

This app really encourages competition within yourself. I am always trying to beat my bike riding times and constantly get better. Any activity app that encourages progress is an excellent app

A little old school but good app

Good app with solid functionality. Especially when I'm getting $25 a month for being active!

Terrific!

Very effective and convenient.

Good app

I like that you can create custom workout types in addition to the generic ones that come pre-set. The quick-start option rarely works faster than the traditional way, though. I would like a way to track steps throughout the day without having to purchase additional hardware, but otherwise I love it & am definitely working out more thanks to this app!

Absolutely wonderful

I love it

Very unpolished app

This app has a lot of built in functionality (e.g. GPS tracking, manual workout entry, etc), however these functions are all but unusable due to errors and crashes. Nine times out of ten when I try to track myself with this app it will randomly stop tracking me (usually about ten minutes after I started it). The developers should focus on slimming down the app and making the parts that they keep actually work rather than having a large assortment of functions that perform poorly or not at all. PS - I have an iPhone 5. I've performed all of the customary troubleshooting steps (e.g. reset phone, delete and reinstall app, etc.). No improvement.

not there yet

Overall some nice features but some errors and gotchas. Difficult to figure out how to pause a workout. Then big problem is that it is easy to hit the “End Workout” button instead of the “Resume Workout” button. There should be a confirm end window. The ascent and descent values are very inaccurate, often don’t match on a loop route, and sometimes are less than the ascent shown on the elevation graph. Possibly because of the inaccurate elevation estimates the calorie estimates are ridiculous. Can’t figure out any way to link it to Apple’s new Health App. On the positive side the map is very nice and always seems very accurate. The app handles a wide variety of activities and I like being able to customize the feedback rates for the different activities. If the basic app doesn’t work well, I’m definitely not going to buy the upgrades.

Starfish

Great app. Love that it calculates everything for you

Very usable exercise app

I've been using this app regularly while I commute to work by bicycle over the past year. The app has turned out to be useful at tracking my weight, blood-pressure and pulse. The app has been reliable, without crashes, while in use about 3 times per week on an iPad 2. My employer pays me a small health incentive each month that I get in 12 or more qualified workouts, but I find the app actually useful and fun to use. Because of the size of the iPad I run on, I haven't purchased the heart rate sensor in-app option or matching hardware, since that requires bluetooth, which is a line of sight technology, and the iPad rides in my backpack inside a pannier on the back of my bike. I suspect a heart rate monitor on the front of my chest is not going to have a reliable connection with this setup (although I admit I haven't given it a try because of the cost of the equipment). I'm also not going to mount an iPad on my handlebars or strap it to my arm the way you could do with an iPhone. I do suggest to the developers that they add the ability to recall past workout descriptions (over 50 times last year I entered "Commute to work" in my bike workout entries).

Great exercise tracking

I use this app to track exercise as part of my company's wellness program. The app works great and I love the updates in the newest version. It's cool how it tracks both distance and elevation.

Solid app. Motivating. Accurate.

My company uses be Colorado as a motivating app to get their employees moving. I get $25 a month if I exercise more than 12 days per month according to this app. Surprisingly, I exercise way more than 12 days per month because it's easy to track my exercises whether I bike, walk with my family, or do other cardio like karate. I highly recommend this app.

Move Colorado

It keeps me motivated.

Fix the force close

Terrible app. Always force closes before I'm done working out, so my data is never saved!

Not impressed!

No ANT+ support for this app!! Most other apps developed by iTMP support ANT+. Wanted to use this with CUs Move program, but now I need to buy even more hardware. Compatibility | Purchase link under My Sensors Heart Rate Monitors take you right to a page on DigitFit website with ANT+ cardio bundle. I have one of these and it doesn't work with this app

Needs multiuser support, nice start

Would like to set a zone time and have the app only count time my HR is in that zone before moving to the next.
